Freedom-Cry

Idle Time

Wasted lives is the accomplishment of prison.  Free men and women make their time account for something.  Imprisoned men and women just spend time which adds no worth to society and receives no compensation

To keep sane, because of my background and education, I push myself toward activity.  I perform projects on investing, teaching, studying, writing, praying, daily family contact and exercising.

However, a good part of prison time is ironically spent being accounted for - being counted, going to call outs, going to and coming from meals in groups.  There are also the separation activities, hygiene, laundry, personal choice of free time.  There are however two under currents in prison -- boredom and anxiety.

One feels the confinement, the inability to conduct meaningful activities like free men and women perform and the restraining arm of authority.

Is this life of imprisonment for another 10 or 20 years worth fighting for?  I feel the constant refusal of requests for clemency and appeals on my life imprisonment sentence.

If you understand my plight, please start a letter writing campaign to my congressmen and the President.

I believe that media attention to the unfairness of my life sentence is the only means to set me free.

If you would like to learn more about my case - contact me. We look forward to hearing from you.

.  As of January 2008, I have requested the United State Supreme Court make a decision as to why I am blocked on newly discovered evidence of my actual innocence.  I am blocked also on the Richardson error (non-unanimity of jury) – a constitutional error in my trial.  Is the US system of justice really only a copy of what existing in England before the Magna Carta?

I am legally innocent of the continuing criminal enterprise.  I am a 67 year old man who has spent 20 years in prison and wants to be with his family again.
